Avery has been pushing the limits of Colorado brewing since Adam Avery founded the company in 1993. The Avery IPA helped define West Coast-style IPAs for Colorado drinkers, but it's the big beers that built the legend: Mephistopheles' Stout, Maharaja Imperial IPA, The Reverend Quadrupel. The current brewery and taproom on Nautilus Court is a world-class facility where the food program matches the beer's ambition, and the wild/sour room produces some of the most compelling spontaneous beers in the mountain West.
